One to One Private Tuition is available from RogerEdge.com.  I started these courses after a number of friends and ex-work colleagues asked me to help them with understanding how to operate their PC's.  Not everyone knows how to use windows.

The following courses are currently available  within the Southampton area from £25 per session. 

Basic Windows

Introduction to Windows and your PC. Starting and quitting your programs, opening and saving documents, shortcuts and windows formats. Finding files, and changing settings. To name just a few points.

Advanced Windows

This course assumes the user knows the basics and covers, software installation, running multiple applications, file management, hardware installation and updating,  organising your files, general file and system maintenance.

Get on the Internet, the browser and its tools, tour the well known sites, finding information on the web. Sending receiving e-mail, downloading files and information. Security and child protection, Domain names and URL's. How to use chat rooms. Jargon and web tips.

Surfing the Internet

We can also offer training on the following software packages.   Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Word Perfect, Lotus 123, Paint Box, Corel Draw, Aldus Pagemaker.
